OUR STORY

Our family has the great joy and privilege of being formed through adoption. Our three amazing kids have been hand selected for us, and us for them. When we decided to adopt two boys at the same time from Guatemala, we knew it would be a challenge on many fronts. As the process unfolded this proved to be true in many ways, especially financially. We found ourselves scraping together every cent we could knowing that at some point we would need a miracle to complete the process. After selling a car, hosting fundraisers, and doing everything we knew to do, we found ourselves $10,000 short as time grew near to bring our sons home. As the paperwork was finally being completed and a phone call to come pick up our children was upon us, without the final payment we were stuck unable to complete the process. As Karen and I were sitting at home one evening trying to figure out what we were going to do, there came a knock on our door. It was our good friends who were stopping by to visit. To our amazement, without any specific understanding of our financial situation, they really stopped by in obedience to the prompting of God in their lives. They proceeded to hand us a check for $10,000, the exact amount we were short, believing this was what they were supposed to do. As you can imagine, this floored us and through tears, we thanked them, and the Lord as His goodness was revealed to us in a fresh way.

We are true believers in sowing and reaping. We have reaped through the generosity of so many in our lives and are excited to sow into others what we have freely received.

Thus, with every transaction we complete, I have the privilege of dedicating 10% of my proceeds towards families like ours who have a heart to adopt but need the same financial assistance we needed.

I have the joy of partnering with All God’s Children International (AGCI) to make this happen. 100% of the money we provide goes directly to families like ours who have a heart to adopt. Together you and I will help fund orphans around the world waiting to find a forever family.
